Tours from our Jefferson location will be one hour experiences that include hands on interaction with our dogs, involvement in harnessing and hook-up, learning commands, stories about our kennel & dogs ... or if you prefer, just going for a great dog sled ride! Get ready for incredible views of the White Mountains (we say our dogs have the best view in the valley) and beautiful trails. Tours are $165 per sled for up to 2 people with a 325 pound weight limit. To add one additional person while remaining under the weight limit it will be $20.

Clinics are also available and consist of an intensive 2-3 hours. Customers will:

• Learn about all aspects of modern dog sledding.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the gear and dogs.
• Learn how to drive a team... and do it! (at musher discretion based on age and physical ability).
• Learn how to train commands and correct problem behavior.

Clinics are $165 person with a minimum of 2 participants up to 6. Group rates of $135 per person are available for groups of 7 or more.

We are currently offering dog sled rides and clinics on weekends. However this may soon expand to weekdays. Until then, if you have a special request for a different time, please feel free to email us and we will try to accomodate you.

Cancellation Policy - Obviously, our dog sled tour availability is contingent upon mother nature. We anticipate having enough snow by December 22, 2007. However, if this is not the case, we reserve the right to substitute a german cart ride, or offer you a raincheck or full refund if we cannot meet your request. If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, please contact us at least one week before your scheduled tour for a full refund. After that time, we will make every effort to fill your spot, however if we are unable, we will retain a 50% deposit.
