1.5 or 3 Hour Trip Cancellation Policy - Reservations must be paid for upon scheduling. If the kennel cancels a ride due to trail conditions or other circumstances, a 100% refund will be generated or a rolling dogsled will be substituted at the discretion of Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel. If a guest must cancel a reservation, we must be contacted via phone or email at least 2 weeks in advance. A 50% deposit will be retained for any cancellations that occur less than 14 days before a reservation if it cannot be filled by another party. When a cancellation occurs 48 hours or less before a reservation, no refund will be issued.
Mush-Inn Cancellation & Payment Policy - Reservations must be paid for upon scheduling. Guests will receive two charges on their statements, one from the kennel and a second from the inn. The kennel must be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure for any cancellation requests to receive a 100% refund. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before a reservation will not be refunded unless the slot can be filled with another party. Cancellations of the inn stay portion of the Mush-Inn trip must be handled directly with the inn itself.
